Our Culture of Learning
MWH has invested highly in promoting a culture of learning and in managing our intellectual capital. Each year, hundreds of our employees take advantage of in-person and online technical, professional and leadership learning programmes, through our MWH University, classroom training and online courses.

Every year, Stantec comes together to give back to the communities we call home. This year, over 250 staff from 16 offices across Australia and New Zealand volunteered their time, energy, and skills to various local charitable activities as part of Stantec in the Community Week in September.
